This 16-suite location is purpose-built for salon and business professionals who are ready to own their space, set their own schedule, and keep 100% of what they earn. Suites are available in both single and double configurations. We are now accepting reservations ahead of our Q1 2027 opening. Spots are going fast.

Amenities

Each suite includes a washer and dryer hookup, built-in central vacuum system, personal HVAC controls, a dedicated utility room, and a private restroom. Suite owners are welcome to sell their own products. All suites include utilities and CAM.
